The Founder and Managing Director of Lasoro, Sophie Smillie, graduated from the Arden school of Theatre with a degree from the University of Manchester. 

She went on to a career as an Actor, Singer, Dancer and Commercial Model with many contracts as a Lead Production Vocalist on Costa, P&O and Carnival cruise lines. 

Also working on home soil within Theatre and Television. In between these contracts she grew her career in experiential event promotions and learned her craft from the 'ground up' to now running Lasoro.

With nearly a decade of work and a vast portfolio within the Entertainment and Event sectors (Exhibitions, Conferences, Sports, Charity, VIP Events, Luxury, Automotive, Technology, Betting, Hospitality and Retail). 

Highly experienced on-site team of Event Managers, Assistant Event Managers and Team Leaders. Aiding in operational live logistics of the event and management of provided staff. Working and liaising with you in executing a perfect event. Providing post-event detailed reports and feedback for your company.
